Next, we will schedule our first call to discuss what are next steps are to get the ball rolling.

On boarding call for respective property
Get started by signing up and choosing which project manager package works best for you. Fill out our online intake form and we will be in contact shortly with directives in the email.


Upload all documents into CRM
Our software will become your portal for virtual management of site visuals, documents sharing, pictures and videos. All shared files remain secure and files for the duration of the project.
Set up risk plan
Your PM will set up and and evaluate the Risk wheel with you during the onboarding call. We review all risks and discuss what may or may not affect the project from start to finish.


Set up correspondence and communication plan
Your pm will discuss schedules and timelines on when to have calls, daily huddles and meetings on a regular basis.
Set up project management plan
Your pm will walk you through the preproduction and production phase of your rehab(s). You have the support and advise from our experts to allow your field teams to find structured success.


Set up oversight plan
Your pm will show you how and when to make site visits and clearly outline what tasks are to be performed on every site visit. It is imperative that the process be followed through our direction.
Monitor progress, draws and payments
Your pm will evaluate all draw request, photos, videos and change order requests. They also will facilitate permit process and document filing such as Lein waivers, change orders, inspection etc.


Monitor quality control
Your pm will track all KPI’s and monitor quality control for your project/s. Our systematic review of weekly correspondence will enable profitable projects from day one. This allows you to continue buying more projects.
Plan for punch list
Your pm will plan and lay out the punch list process and what you can be doing on each site visit. Rolling pinch lists and final punch lists are a must in controlling KPI’s.

Close out project
Your pm will help calculate the close out of all projects. Warranties, final inspections, final kein waivers, final draws and making sure to close out all open permits and files.
